The Registration Authority handles all aspects of incorporation, registration and licensing of legal entities in ADGM. Also, we provide all ‘government-related services’ for entities and professionals working on Al Maryah Island. The team will provide guidance, review and process applications submitted by applicants who wish to establish a legal entity in ADGM in compliance with ADGM Companies Regulations 2015, ADGM Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015 and accompanying AGM’s Rules & Regulations 2015.

Business Development: is the first point of contact for all establishments interested in having a presence in ADGM. We have a dedicated team who are at hand to support and guide organizations through the whole process.
Registration & Incorporation: are responsible for incorporation of legal entities and issuance of commercial licences.
- Monitoring & Enforcement: Monitoring & Enforcement – provides guidance as well as conducting supervision and, where necessary, taking disciplinary action, concerning AGM’s financial legislation.
Corporate Relations: will provide support on all government-related services including immigration, VISA’s and health checks.
Client Experience: will ensure that an optimal experience delivered and the main point of contact for any suggestions, feedback, and complaints.
